1987-Today Whitekaps
During this period, KLUGED still plays reunion gigs every now and then, plus Rich sang with a band called Agitator.  Agitator  featured Billy Zoom (Original guitar player from X). Agitator put out a 5-song demo. Two of the songs were released on a compilation for Burning Snow clothing company.

2001-Today Neighbor's Dog
This project started with the Whitekaps.  The Whitekaps were going to put a medley together with short songs about each one of their dogs ... the medley was never performed or recorded.  A few years later, Rich got together with Benny Rapp (X-US Bombs drummer) and Steve Rapp (X-Guttermouth bass player) and started performing the tunes.
